1+ years of experience in a similar role in an IT HR/Recruiting department; Responsible, results-oriented, and self-organized; Understanding of the full cycle of the recruitment process; Willingness to work and analyze high amounts of data; Understanding of candidate sourcing principles using the Boolean Search, ability to find candidates’ contacts via different channels, using sourcing tools; English level at least Intermediate; Attention to details; Creative thinking. Would be a plus: Degree in HRM, psychology, computer science, and/or related subject; Completed IT recruiting courses. Solid Software is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant/ Recruiter to join our team, to support daily HR operations and contribute to the recruitment process.
