YOUR ROLEAs a Team Leader, you are responsible for managing and guiding your team to achieve high performance and deliver results efficiently. You create a collaborative and inspiring work environment, set clear goals, and ensure that each team member operates at their full potential. You act as a bridge between your team and upper management, ensuring smooth communication and timely task execution. You also play a key role in identifying challenges, resolving conflicts, and fostering continuous development within the team.
