Wykształcenie wyższe (licencjat lub magister) w dziedzinie nauk przyrodniczych, biotechnologii, chemii, IT, bioinformatyki lub pokrewnej. 3–6 lat doświadczenia w informatyce laboratoryjnej, analizie procesów lub operacjach naukowych. Głęboka znajomość laboratoryjnych workflowów (zarządzanie próbkami, projektowanie eksperymentów, QC, przegląd danych). Doświadczenie w pracy z platformą Sapio Sciences lub innymi systemami LIMS/ELN (konfiguracja lub definiowanie wymagań). Udokumentowana umiejętność tworzenia i przekładania złożonych wymagań naukowych na uporządkowane specyfikacje funkcjonalne. Silne umiejętności komunikacji, facylitacji i zarządzania interesariuszami. Znajomość regulacyjnych i jakościowych ram dotyczących integralności danych. Doświadczenie z platformami BI/raportowymi (np. Sapio Analytics).
