Skills & Experience:
  • 4+ years of experience in project or delivery management roles, ideally in the software, messaging or fintech sectors.
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent customer engagements and internal workstreams.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and leadership skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).
  • Ability to manage diverse teams and work effectively in distributed, multicultural environments.
  • Comfortable with budgeting, forecasting and understanding commercial contracts.
  • Experience in building trust with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good understanding of agile methodologies and project management tools.
Nice to have:
  • Technical background or experience working closely with engineering/product teams.
  • Familiarity with open-source platforms and community-driven development.

Erlang Solutions is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join our team in Poland (Kraków).

As a Delivery Manager, you'll play a central role in ensuring our business unit functions smoothly and delivers high-quality solutions to customers on time and within scope. You'll take ownership of delivery processes across multiple projects, support project managers, collaborate with leadership on strategy and resource planning and build lasting relationships with customers. This versatile, cross-functional role focuses on efficiency and team empowerment.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, team player and a proactive problem-solver.

Location: Remote first, based in Krakow, Poland (with mandatory in-office meeting at least once a month)

Remuneration: Salary + bonus

Reports to: Business Unit Leader, Poland
