
Product Training Manager @

- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design and training facilitation. Minimum 1 year of experience with product training and LMS administration.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal English language skills are a must, Hungarian language is not required
- Knowledge of authoring tools (e.g. Articulate) and video editing software (e.g. Camtasia)
- Solid knowledge of presentation tools (e.g. Google Slides)
- Knowledge of LMS platforms and other edtech tools
- Proficiency in conducting product demos and training sessions both online and offline for internal and external audiences.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of CRM, loyalty management or other similar tools is a plus
- Previous experience in customer/partner facing roles is a plus

The Role
The Product Training Manager is responsible for driving product knowledge and sales enablement across internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders. This role combines instructional design, training facilitation, and LMS administration to ensure effective product adoption and certification processes. Key responsibilities include creating and maintaining eLearning content, coordinating live training sessions, managing the LMS platform, and enabling partners through a structured certification program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product training, instructional design, and LMS management, with the ability to translate processes and technical concepts into engaging learning experiences.
,[Key Responsibilities, Product Enablement: Serve as a key point of contact for product training within the organization catering for internal and external audiences, Sales Enabelement: Work closely with the wider GTM (Go-to-market) team and the Product Marketing function to enable internal teams about Antavo's product offering and GTM processes, such as training on demo flows, USPs, value propositions and so on., Content Creation & Maintenance: Own the end-to-end content creation process for eLearning and live enablement sessions, including content authoring, video creation, exam set up, presentations and other resources. Ensure all Antavo Academy content is up to date and reflects the latest product releases and communication strategies., Live Sessions: Coordinate and deliver live sessions for internal staff and partners, both online and offline. Responsibilities also include collaborating on agendas, setting up technical parameters (e.g., breakout rooms, Zoom, Teams), and managing the scheduling and LMS integration of recurring sessions., Partner Enablement: Oversee the partner certification process within the Product Enablement team, including LMS onboarding and exam grading. Ensure visibility for internal teams on the progress of key strategic partner certifications, and on the recertification status., LMS Administration: Manage enrollments, user support, and process automation in the LMS. Administer sandbox environments. Standardize LMS data and oversee frontend maintenance and integrations with other systems. Maintain exams and certification structures, coordinating grading processes as needed and document custom processes. , Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and SMEs, such as Product Experts, Product Owners, Customer Success and Partnership team to get the most out of the Academy's enablement initiatives. Ensure that the Academy content closely aligns with the GTM strategy.
