- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

It's great if you also have:
While not required, a candidate with experience in any of the following areas will get our attention:
- Experience with loyalty programs, SaaS business models, or headless/API-first platforms.
- A deep understanding of the AWS ecosystem, including certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect).
- Previous experience as a developer or in a highly technical role.
- Experience with managing a team of developers or CloudOps engineers.
- A strong network within the product management or cloud computing communities.
Things we can offer you…
- Remote-first work and flexible working hours;
- Hardware as well as all the extras you would need;
- Learning Budget at your disposal;

- Awesome benefits like premium-level private healthcare, Multisport, English classes, and more
Joining our Team as Senior Product Manager means:
As a Product Manager at Open Loyalty, you won't just be building features—you'll be shaping the very foundation of our core product. This is a unique opportunity to lead and inspire a high-performing team by owning both the customer-facing product experience and the underlying infrastructure that makes it all possible.
Product & Customer Vision
- Own the product roadmap for a headless, API-first SaaS platform, defining and prioritizing solutions for customer problems and drive business growth.
- Act as the voice of the customer, conducting user interviews, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with our sales and customer success teams to identify opportunities.
- Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborating with a dedicated team of backend, frontend, QA, and product design specialists to build exceptional experiences.
- Define and analyze key metrics to measure the success of product initiatives and make data-informed decisions.
Cloud Operations & Technical Strategy
- Bridge the gap between product vision and technical execution by partnering with our CloudOps team to ensure our platform is scalable, reliable, and cost-effective.
- Manage the technical roadmap for core infrastructure initiatives, prioritizing projects like platform migration, performance optimization, and implementing new services.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-focused outcomes that align with our strategic goals.
- Drive operational excellence by helping to define best practices, improve incident response, and foster a culture of shared responsibility for platform health.
