What you need to have to succeed in this role In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in IT project management as well as certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is mandatory. SAFe certification or other Agile framework certifications are preferred. Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL). Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and an ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and distributed teams Knowledge of integration technologies (e.g., APIs, Springboot) and Hands-on experience in driving software development, with a strong understanding of technical processes and systems.
