Experience in HR operations and people processes (hiring, onboarding, feedback, assessments, promotions, offboarding) - min. 6 years, min. 3 years in the IT industry. Proven experience in data analysis and KPI tracking, proficient in Excel, and skilled in preparing data analytics and reports. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple processes and ensure alignment. Experience working in a multi-entity, multi-country environment or with global teams. Strong communication skills to support employees and collaborate with various stakeholders. Proficiency with HRIS or people management systems; familiarity with data analysis tools.
