5+ years of experience in Commercial and Contract Management, ideally within managed services or related fields. Bachelor’s degree in Law, IT, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related area (relevant experience may substitute formal education). Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating IT-related contracts. Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Fluent English (C1) – written and spoken. Strong commercial and legal acumen with solid negotiation experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders up to VP level. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. High adaptability and confidence to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
