Finance Systems Project Manager @ Antal

Proven experience managing finance systems or technology projects through full lifecycle delivery. Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile PM) and experience using Agile or hybrid methodologies. Strong understanding of finance systems (GL, reconciliation, consolidation, or planning tools) and core finance processes. Background in accounting or finance (qualification or relevant experience). Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to bridge Finance, IT, and business functions. Strong organizational and analytical skills with experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously. Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA or MS Project. Skills in tools such as Power BI, SQL, SharePoint, Excel, Access. Desirable: Experience with cloud-based finance systems implementation. Understanding of system integration and ETL processes. Familiarity with change management and user adoption strategies. Experience working within financial services or other regulated environments.
