Senior Specialist with German in Total Rewards Operations @ Fresenius Medical Care

Our requirements: Experience of 3 to 4 years of compensation and benefits experience (multi-country is a plus). Minimum of 3 years working with an HRIS and ticketing system. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Strong understanding of Total Rewards programs and practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules, ability to work within Excel with VLOOKUP/Pivots. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Languages: Fluent in English and German Cultural Awareness: Demonstrate understanding of working in diverse cultural environments. Nice to have: Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Utilization of compensation management software in global grading/evaluation. Additional language - preferred Spanish, French, Italian Knowledge of global compensation practices.
