We are looking for an experienced Node.js Engineer who is ready to take part in building scalable and reliable solutions. You will work on a high-load platform, leveraging a modern tech stack, and have the opportunity to influence product architecture and overall development. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Node.js Developer; Strong knowledge of TypeScript and NestJS; Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL (TypeORM or other ORM frameworks); Solid understanding of development practices (git, testing, code review, debugging, CI/CD, production support) and ability to implement features following algorithms and best practices; Ability to independently analyze requirements and propose effective solutions; Proven track record working on high-load projects. English level — Upper-Intermediate Nice to Have Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms; Ability to perform code reviews and mentor team members; Background in service / microservice architecture; Experience in healthcare projects and payment system integrations; Proficiency with Redis; Practical experience with Kubernetes; Knowledge of React.JS.
