We’re looking for: Strong hands-on skills in R (Shiny, Tidyverse, reporting tools) and SAS (Base, Macro, Graph). Experience building internal tools and automations that improve speed and quality of work. Deep knowledge of clinical data workflows and submission requirements (ISS/ISE, CDISC standards). Background in both pre-sales (scoping, proposals) and delivery leadership (technical guidance, architecture). Good understanding of AI solutions and how to implement them in the Client’s software solutions landscape. Confident speaker and presenter - you enjoy sharing knowledge at conferences or team meetings. Excellent communication skills - able to work with both business and technical teams. In this role, you will work closely with sales, technology, and delivery teams to design smart, effective solutions for our pharma clients. You’ll be a trusted advisor, helping clients reach their goals through data, AI, and automation.
