Platform Engineer @ Holisticon Connect

You might be the perfect match if you are/have:

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Experience with utilizing cloud infrastructure and platform services (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, Azure);
• Experience in handling self-managed and provided as a service (EKS, GKE) Kubernetes;
• Good knowledge of scripting languages, such as Python or shell scripts;
• Linux administration;
• Experience in configuration management and infrastructure automation systems, preferably Terraform;
• Experience in version control systems,preferably Git
• Experience in CI/CD platforms (e.g. Github Actions, Jenkins, GitLab);
• Fluency in English (C1) to work seamlessly in an international environment;
• Located in Poland for at least 5 years;
• Able to start work within a month at most.
  

Moreover, we appreciate skills in these areas:

• Hands-on experience with data engineering pipelines and automation;
• Practical experience in dealing with complex IT processes and applications;
• Good knowledge in IT networking;
• Experience in monitoring tools and log management solutions (e.g Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, Splunk, etc.);
• Experience in case tracking system (e.g. Jira, Zendesk);
• Self-learner who'll seek and find knowledge needed for new concepts/solutions/technologies;
• Strong communication skills on a technical and professional level as well as with service oriented;
• Ability to organize self and others including effective scheduling, prioritization and time management skills, completing tasks to tight deadlines.

We are looking for a Platform Engineer to be part of one of several projects (automation of incoming-outcoming data transfers, streamlining cost tracking in the cloud, or expanding cloud self-service capabilities for users). The teams are support the Oncology DataScience Platforms which include Data Acceleration (DataOps & Data Engineering), Pathology Imaging AI and OMICs engineering.
