Job to be done: Manage the company's main inbox — monitor incoming customer requests (RFQs) from email and website, prioritize them, and enter information into the ERP system. Perform an initial analysis of requests: review the customer’s history, determine the type of order (repeat or new), and forward it to the responsible project coordinator. Maintain professional communication with customers via email and phone — clarify order details, provide status updates, and redirect calls when necessary. Create reports and analyze statistics. Handle online requests from the company’s website. Coordinate timely entry of orders into the system and ensure data accuracy. Maintain a high level of customer orientation and effective communication between departments.
