We’re looking for a Senior Python Developer to join a small and agile team (6 members) working on backend-focused development with a strong emphasis on infrastructure reliability and performance. You’ll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining scalable systems while taking ownership of your work from design to deployment. This role requires a developer who thrives on independence, can challenge existing technical decisions, and is eager to continuously improve systems and processes. You should be confident working hands-on across the full lifecycle, from coding to deployment and monitoring, in a fast-moving environment. (Approximate time allocation: 70% backend development, 20% infrastructure, 10% other related tasks.) Must-Haves: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development. Strong hands-on experience with Python — independent development, troubleshooting, and production delivery. Deep understanding of Supabase, Docker, Nginx, Debian, and GIT. Proven ability to work autonomously and manage full-cycle development tasks. Experience working in small, self-managed teams or as a lead individual contributor. Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with FastAPI, Ansible, Flutter, Tailscale, or AI integration into applications. DevOps mindset or previous infrastructure automation experience. Demonstrable personal or open-source projects (e.g., GitHub portfolio). Job Details: Interview stages: 2 technical interviews (45-60 min).
