About You:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in IT quality engineering, testing, validation, and compliance—particularly in highly regulated industries.
  • Proven track record leading enterprise-wide quality transformations and delivering strategic outcomes at scale.
  • Deep knowledge of international regulatory standards (e.g., GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, EU GMP Annex 1 & 11, MHRA) and global compliance expectations.
  • Expertise in building advanced testing and validation strategies using modern technologies and automation.
  • Strong executive presence, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Skilled in translating complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership and regulators.
  • Experience applying Agile and DevOps methodologies in regulated environments.
  • Fluent in English at a professional business level.

Position Title: Quality Engineering Senior Lead

As we elevate our IT Quality Engineering function, we are seeking a highly accomplished and influential Quality Engineering Senior Lead (individual contributor role). This principal-level position is pivotal to setting enterprise-wide strategies, leading cross-functional quality transformations, and promoting a culture of excellence throughout our IT landscape.
