We're looking for a proactive, hands-on Office Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, support employee needs, and help foster a positive, efficient workplace environment.

Required skills:

  • Proven experience in Office Management or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Experience with office fit-outs, renovations, or infrastructure projects.
  • Proficient in English (Upper-Intermediate+); Fluent in Polish, Ukrainian language knowledge is a plus.
  • Tools like Slack, Jira, Asana, and Confluence are a plus.
  • Customer-oriented mindset, initiative, and adaptability.
  • Willingness to undergo H&S training and manage compliance topics.
  • Ability to be in the office 5 times per week (Warsaw, Poland) - Office Q22, Rondo ONZ.
