As an ideal candidate, you have professional experience with writing technical and user documentation in software development, with a solid understanding of the ATM/ATC domain. You are also proficient in English, good at asking questions, eager to learn, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with stakeholders for best results. Professional Requirements University degree (Transportation Engineering, Aviation, Computer Science, Communication or a related field) or background in the ATM/ATC domain Technical writing experience with a proven record of delivering complete technical documentation solutions for complex products Excellent communication and collaboration skills English language proficiency, both written and verbal Preferred Qualifications Experience writing for software products A background in the ATM/ATC domain is strongly preferred An eye for detail, and an ability to work independently A user-centric approach combined with the ability and willingness to learn We are looking for a Technical Writer to support the deployment of mission-critical Air Traffic Control systems across the globe by translating complex technical processes and software details into clear, user-centric knowledge resources.
