You're ideal for this role if you have: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field  Proven experience in reliability engineering, systems administration, or DevOps  Strong proficiency in scripting and automation with Python, Shell, or PowerShell  Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline design and implementation  Solid understanding of cloud platforms, preferably GCP, with IaC tools like Terraform  Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack  Knowledge of test automation for frontend and backend components  Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments  Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration  It is a strong plus if you have: Experience with Java, Jenkins, Ansible, Git, or Helm  Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL or columnar databases like ClickHouse  Familiarity with Spark and Big Data technologies  Understanding of OLAP and ETL processes  Knowledge of financial risk management in banking or financial industry  Experience with emerging technologies such as AI or Cloud-native solutions  Scrum Master or PMP certification  FRM or CFA certification  DevOps Join us, and transform complex challenges into seamless digital solutions Kraków - based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days/week in the office).
