- маєте досвід у Team-менеджменті й управлінні командою 5+ людей від 2 років (керували завантаженням людей, мали вплив на перегляди, найм, звільнення);
- знаєте англійську на рівні Upper-Intermediate+;
- маєте досвід роботи з клієнтами, вмієте вирішувати суперечливі питання щодо проєктів та співпраці з замовниками й командами;
- вважаєте себе multitasking person;
- маєте технічний беграунд.
