  • Proven DevOps/SysOps Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in a DevOps or SysOps role, with hands-on responsibility for end-to-end infrastructure and release pipelines.

  • Cloud Expertise: Solid practical experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — this is a mandatory requirement.

  • Containerization & Orchestration:

    • Strong working knowledge of Docker.

    • Extensive hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including troubleshooting, scaling and cluster management.

    • Familiarity with Helm for package management.

  • CI/CD & Deployment Pipelines:

    • Deep experience designing and maintaining CI/CD workflows using GitLab CI and/or Jenkins.

    • Ability to author and optimize pipeline scripts, employ best practices and ensure reliable, automated deployments.

  • Monitoring & Logging:

    • Proficiency with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and alerting.

    • Experience with Logstash (or the Elastic Stack) for log ingestion and analysis.

  • Infrastructure & Security:

    • Knowledge of certificate management (e.g. TLS/SSL lifecycle, Vault, cert-manager).

    • Strong understanding of network concepts and security best practices in cloud environments.

  • Scripting & Automation:

    • Expert in Bash/Shell scripting—able to automate routine tasks, write reusable functions and troubleshoot complex scripts.

  • Linux System Administration:

    • Comfortable administering Ubuntu and RHEL-based servers: installation, configuration, performance tuning, troubleshooting.

  • Communication & Collaboration:

    • Excellent English skills (minimum B2/C1).

    • German language skills are a plus.

    • Demonstrated ability to work independently, diagnose issues under pressure and collaborate closely with development and operations teams.

  • Salary: between 150-170 PLN/hour net + VAT (B2B)
