You're ideal for this role if you have:
- Strong experience working with Jira and Confluence
- Proficiency in performing project administrator activities in Jira
- Ability to build reports and dashboards in Jira
- Solid understanding of Agile frameworks and principles
- Strong analytical skills to produce management information and insights
- Proven problem-solving skills in tooling and design decision-making
- Experience collaborating with large, cross-functional stakeholder groups
- Strong communication skills for managing meetings and collecting feedback
- Strong written communication skills for sharing tooling updates
- Ability to support portfolio-level reporting with data provision and analysis
It is a strong plus if you have:
- Experience in using EasyBI, Zephyr, or other Jira add-ons
- Experience in Agile coaching or acting as a scrum master
- Knowledge of SAFe framework or Lean Portfolio Management
- Familiarity with banking or financial planning processes
- Understanding of industry trends in portfolio and tooling practices

As a Portfolio Tooling Analyst, you will be working for our client, a leading financial services organization that is transforming its technology delivery landscape. You will be contributing to large-scale portfolio initiatives by managing and optimizing Jira tooling processes to support agile teams worldwide. This role is focusing on ensuring alignment between project configuration, portfolio reporting, and organizational standards, while guiding users in maximizing the value of Jira and related tools. You will be collaborating with stakeholders across global teams to drive efficiency, consistency, and transparency in project delivery.
