Hybrid, 3 times per week at the office Office location: Krakow, Aleja Pokoju 18 We don't have a fully remote working option.  REQUIREMENTS: 3+ of proven experience as a technical or IT recruiter (in-house or agency) Fluent English and Polish Familiarity with technical roles and terminology (e.g., FE, BE, PM, DevOps etc) Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, ATS, etc.) Strong communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment A results-driven and a team player attitude Bachelor's degree Technical background as a big plus LotusFlare has always been about making an impact through software products and changing industries for the better by simplifying technology so as to simplify customer experience.
