What We're Looking For

• Strong expertise in Java and Spring frameworks
• Experience building microservices and multi-tenant solutions
• Experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Proven expertise in delivering scalable APIs and backend services

Bonus Points

• Experience integrating structured and unstructured data sources

,[As a Senior Backend Engineer, you'll architect and build the Data Fabric that powers mission-critical workflows. You'll work closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and data teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance services that meet the needs of our customers. You'll also leverage the latest AI tools and platforms such as Claude, Codex, and other cutting-edge AI assistants to enhance development speed, code quality, and innovation., Design and develop high-performance, scalable microservices using Java , Design and implement integrations with various enterprise data stores and third-party APIs , Build and maintain event-driven data pipelines using Apache Kafka for real-time data processing , Architect solutions that meet strict compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI DSS) , Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system specifications and technical requirements , Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making processes , Implement robust error handling, monitoring, and automated recovery mechanisms , Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards , Deliver with a "Wow the Customer" mindset - creating real value for users and stakeholders , Stay hungry - seek out opportunities, feedback, and ways to improve , Diagnose challenges and deliver thoughtful, practical solutions , Leverage AI, tools, and collaboration to supercharge your work , Thrive on the edge - embrace change, ambiguity, and the pace of a high-growth environment , Act as a mentor and guide for junior engineers, fostering growth and best practices ] Requirements: Microservices, Java, Data pipelines, Kafka, Spring Framework, Cloud, Spring, data transforation, Kubernetes, SOC 2, HIPAA, CI/CD, API Tools: Jira, Github, Confluence, GitHub, snyk, GIT, Agile, Scrum.
