Technical Product Manager

- Fluent in English and German (C1 level).
- University degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- Extensive experience in both classical and agile project/product management methodologies.
- Experience in managing complex, strategic, and group-wide projects.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, with experience in both technical and leadership development products.
- Knowledge of HR development processes and trends, ideally within a large organization.
- Proficient in customer-centric design processes and tools (e.g., design thinking).
- Good understanding of software/hardware technologies and market dynamics.
- Strong facilitation, moderation, and communication skills for both virtual and in-person settings.
- Proven experience working with senior management and presenting to top-level executives.
- High level of organizational, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in international collaboration and virtual team environments.
