Familiarity with multi-agent systems, reasoning engines, and autonomous agent design. Nice to Have: Python skills for programmatic Copilot Studio interaction (e.g. Semantic Kernel). Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Agents SDK and OAuth 2.0 / Entra ID for secure integrations. Experience with rapid prototyping of agentic and generative AI. Understanding of AI safety frameworks. Your work will shape how organizations use AI safely and effectively at scale. Beyond hands-on engineering, you’ll guide architectural decisions, mentor junior engineers, and help define the best practices for AI agent development across the company.
