Requirements

  • Previous experience in Payroll, HR or Administration is nice to have.
  • Willingness to learn and develop in HR & payroll matters.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving environment.
  • A very good standard of written and spoken English and German
  • Computer literacy (including Microsoft Office).
  • Team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships.
  • Able to manage own workload and balance competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Shared Services experience would be an advantage.

Position summary

HR Administrator with German will join our growing HR Shared Service Center Team in Poland to support HR and Payroll administration processes serving as first line of support for employees, managers and HR Business Partners with HR and Payroll related inquiries.
