Vilgain je český love brand a e-commerce firma, která roste trojciferným tempem. Abychom zvládli škálovat dál, rozhodli jsme se postavit si vlastní ERP systém – kompletně od základů, přesně podle reálných potřeb firmy.

Žádný vendor lock-in. Žádné obcházení limitů cizích systémů. Jen čistý Python, Postgres, Docker, Git – a plná autonomie.

Hledáme vývojáře, který chce být součástí produktového vývoje s reálným dopadem. Tady uvidíš výsledek svojí práce dřív, než ti vyprší sprint.

Vývoj běží napřímo s byznysem – od e-shopu přes logistiku až po finance.

Není to supportní rolička. Je to klíčová platforma pro firmu, která má 300+ lidí a ambici růst v Česku i zahraničí.

Pracujeme remote-first, ale pokud jsi z Prahy nebo Brna, rádi tě uvidíme i osobně.

Co tě čeká:
  • Stavět Odoo úplně od začátku – od návrhu po ostrý provoz
  • Vyvíjet vlastní moduly v Pythonu, XML/QWeb a JavaScriptu
  • Refaktorovat a upravovat existující funkce, které se budou do Odoo převádět
  • Propojovat Odoo s dalšími nástroji přes REST, GraphQL nebo EDI
  • Řešit výkon, psát testy (Pytest), verzovat v Gitu a nasazovat přes Gitlab CI
  • Sdílet know-how s týmem – code review, dokumentace, návrhy řešení
Co od tebe potřebujeme:
  • Máš zkušenosti s Pythonem (aspoň 4 roky)
  • PostgreSQL ti není cizí a umíš psát efektivní dotazy
  • Vyznáš se v Linuxu a kontejnerizaci (Docker/Compose)
  • Neztrácíš se v souvislostech – zvládneš navrhnout i architekturu, nejen psát kód
Výhodou:
  • Zkušenost s Odoo (ORM, QWeb, bezpečnost, OCA best practices)
  • Umíš něco z frontendu (Vue, React, jQuery…)
  • Máš zkušenosti s DevOps nástroji (Ansible, Terraform)
