We are seeking a Reliability Engineer to drive performance and reliability improvements across our automated Material Handling Equipment (MHE) systems. You'll analyze failures, track KPIs, and lead optimization efforts focused on hardware, controls, and material flow.
Key Responsibilities:Monitor MHE performance and identify areas for improvement
Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective actions
Optimize material flow and controls cycle times
Support system upgrades and software/controls releases
Develop KPI dashboards and reliability reports
Collaborate with engineering, operations, and tech teams
Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or similar)
3–5 years of experience in reliability, maintenance, or system optimization
Strong understanding of MHE systems, automation, and controls
Proficient in data analysis, RCA, CMMS tools, and KPI tracking
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Fluent in English and Czech
Six Sigma Green Belt or similar certification
Experience with SCADA, PLCs, and WCS/WES systems
