Job description

VAŠE PRACOVNÍ NÁPLŇ

  • Začnete rychlým průletem výrobou, kde se podíváte, co se včera povedlo, a co bude dneska potřebovat Vaši pozornost.
  • Většinu času jste přímo ve výrobě, žádné velké vysedávání v kanceláři Vás nečeká.
  • Budete mít na starost konkrétní část výrobních zařízení, která Vám časem budou říkat "pane".
  • Jako klíčový člen týmu budete řešit technické záhady a připravovat výrobní dokumentaci.
  • Komunikovat s dodavateli (občas i anglicky, ale žádný strach – žádná jazyková olympiáda)
  • Účastnit se projektových schůzek, kde se rozhoduje o budoucí výrobě.
  • Zároveň budete pracovat na neustálém zlepšování klíčových výrobních ukazatelů na své svěřené oblasti.
    A když Vám náhodou dojde šťáva? Doplníte ji s ostatními kolegy pomocí dobré kávy.
Requirements

CO OČEKÁVÁME

  • VŠ nebo SŠ vzdělání s maturitou (technický směr výhodou)
  • Praxi a základní znalost automotive požadavků (nebo chuť se je rychle naučit)
  • AJ na úrovni "domluvím se a neztratím se"
  • Znalost základních nástrojů Microsoft Office
  • Systematičnost, upřímnost, otevřenost a odvahu čelit výzvám
