HR Generalist- Ostrava

The role

We are actively looking for a HR Generalist for our new site in Ostrava. This brand new facility is in its launch phase and we are driving towards creating a new state of the art warehouse where it will be a large location dealing with multiple inbound and outbound work.

You will be supporting the HR Manager to help implement a range of HR management functions, support with new process implementation and once the initial launch phase is over help manage and maintain the HR duties within the warehouse.

You will be advising middle and senior management and company employees on all HR issues as well as supporting recruitment and employer branding strategy implementation. Dor existing employees you will help with onboarding, HR admin and other ad hoc duties.

You will also be responsible for the payroll file making sure it is correct before it is sent off, amending any employee contracts as well as looking after the updating the HR system with any changes. You will be the first point of HR contact for any employees at the site for HR queries and will provide support for the HR Manager for any projects that maybe undertaken.

Key skills and experience we are looking for are:

• Experience of working as a HR Generalist or a recruiter
• Knowledge of using an attendance system
• Strong numerical skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders at the same time
• Attention to detail
• Fluent in English and Czech
