Senior Web Analyst

We're looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Web Analyst to join our expert Analytics team - someone with deep expertise in web analytics (especially GA4), strong SQL skills, and the curiosity and business acumen to translate data into commercial impact.

We're scaling fast, but thoughtfully. You'll be part of a small but high-performing analytics team that's trusted, collaborative, and influential across the company. You'll have room to grow and shape how analytics informs decision-making at all levels.

• Own our web analytics setup - from event tracking through GTM and GA4, to building insightful dashboards and automating regular reporting. 
• Lead the analysis of digital user behavior - understanding key journeys, conversion points, and areas for optimization.
• Design and build a scalable system for running and evaluating experiments (A/B tests) to improve site performance and user experience.
• Connect web insights to the bigger picture - communicating implications clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.
• Use SQL to work with underlying data, validate metrics, and enrich your analysis beyond standard dashboards.
• Work closely with the web development team, while collaborating with marketing, product, growth, and sales teams to inform decisions and prioritize actions based on evidence.
• Identify opportunities to scale learnings or apply your thinking beyond digital - helping us grow a strong, commercially-minded analytics function.

Must-haves:

• Expert-level experience with GA4, including custom event setup, funnels, and GTM.
• Strong command of SQL - confident querying large datasets and joining with other data sources.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing and evaluating website experiments (A/B testing).
• Clear, structured communicator - someone we'd trust to present to VP-level stakeholders.
• Commercially sharp - always asking how your work contributes to business goals.

Nice-to-haves:

• Exposure to broader analytics tools (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Rudderstack / Segment, Tableau / Sigma / other data visualisation tool).
• Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
