We are looking for an experienced HRIS Process Owner to lead the strategic direction, governance, and continuous optimization of our Human Resources Information System. In this high-impact role, you will serve as a critical link between HR, IT, Finance, and external partners—ensuring our systems are compliant, efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with our business strategy.

With responsibility across process ownership, system management, data integrity, and digital transformation, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and enabling smarter, data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Your key responsibilities
  • Own & optimize HRIS processes across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Lead projects & system upgrades end-to-end, ensuring smooth rollouts and strong adoption.
  • Safeguard data quality & compliance, turning HR data into insights that power decision-making.
  • Partner with vendors & stakeholders, building solutions that scale globally and locally.
  • Champion innovation, benchmarking against best practices and driving digital transformation.
  • Process owner for Tima Management setup in Innomotics.
Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master's is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS management, HRIS integrations, implementation, and process ownership.
  • Hands-on expertise with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, SOX) and system security best practices.
  • Excellent communicator and stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project leadership skills.
  • Bonus: Project Management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum).
  • Fluency in English, Czech is a plus.
  • Willingness to occasional business trips.
