PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

Provides administrative and clerical support to relieve department managers or staff of administrative details. May coordinate messages, appointments, information to callers, file maintenance, department office supplies and mail. Researches, compiles and proofs word processing assignments. Operates automated office equipment. May be assigned to various functional areas of the company.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • to arrange for tickets, hotels and transportation for travelers
  • to make various appointments, translations and presentations as required
  • to answer telephones and direct calls, take and pass messages
  • to cooperate with finance and purchasing department (processing invoices, travel expenses, purchasing requisitions etc.)
  • to provide company cars administration support
  • to be responsible for office supplies and office maintenance
  • to provide visitor arrangements, refreshments, dinners, parties
  • to optimize use of all resources – labor, technical equipments, rules
  • to follow company working rules
  • to follow all law, rules, requirement, company quality policy and company requirements in area of working safety and health protection, fire protection and environmental policy, to participate in continuous improvement in these areas
  • to cooperate in creating, implementation, maintenance and development of quality system and ensure high standard of quality

PC AND LANGUAGE SKILLS: be familiar with MS Office, ORION, fluent written and spoken English

REQUIRED SKILLS: communication and organizational skills, high accuracy and standard of work, ability to work independently, driving license
