The role

Local Service Delivery Lead

contract type: full-time

location: Prague, Czechia | working model: on-site

We're looking for a Local Service Delivery Lead to oversee the daily operations of our local delivery team in Prague.

This is a hands-on leadership role - you'll combine people management, operational excellence, and customer engagement.

Your goal? Deliver exceptional services, keep customers happy, and help your team grow and perform at their best.

• Lead day-to-day operations of the local delivery team and ensure services meet expectations on scope, time, budget, and quality.
• Actively participate in customer engagements and ensure a great delivery experience.
• Handle escalations, manage risks, and support hybrid delivery setups (local + remote teams).
• Contribute to opportunity assessments and deal reviews, ensuring profitability without compromising quality.
• Manage shift schedules (for Managed Services) and ensure accurate time tracking by all team members.

• Support or personally engage in pre-sales activities when needed, helping shape technical proposals and delivery plans.

• Hire, mentor, and develop talented team members, aligning their growth with business needs.
• Conduct regular feedback and performance discussions, encouraging open two-way communication.
• Lead onboarding, upskilling, and re-skilling initiatives.
• Identify capability gaps (technical and soft skills) and coordinate training or development actions.
• Foster a collaborative team culture, encourage knowledge sharing, and help resolve conflicts constructively.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on lessons learned and team feedback.
• Actively support company change management processes and ensure the team's voice is heard.
• Monitor delivery results and use insights to improve team and service performance.

What we need to see from you

• Proven service delivery expertise with hands-on technical experience in your domain.
• Strong people leadership skills – coaching, mentoring, motivating, and guiding team members.
• Excellent stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• A passion for customer satisfaction, teamwork, and problem-solving.
• Clear communication, storytelling, and collaboration abilities (both internal and external).
• Experience mentoring and onboarding new team members.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
