As our Executive Creative Director, you'll be the creative engine behind the agency. You'll shape the vision, culture, and output of our entire creative department. From winning new business to mentoring tomorrow's leaders, your influence will be felt on every level. You're not just chasing trends – you're setting them.

• Define and lead the overarching creative vision for a global client and its portfolio of brands, ensuring cohesive, forward-thinking direction across all initiatives.
• Provide strategic creative oversight across integrated campaigns, new business pitches, and enduring brand platforms - driving innovation and consistency.
• Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team of creative directors, writers, art directors, designers, and producers.
• Maintain the highest standards of creative excellence, storytelling, and innovation.
• Partner with executive leadership to drive agency growth, culture, and vision.
• Cultivate strong relationships with senior clients and serve as a trusted creative advisor.
• Represent the agency at industry events, awards shows, and in the press.

• Proven creative experience with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role (Group CD or ECD).
• Award-winning portfolio and experience across traditional, digital, and experiential platforms.
• Proven success in building brands, leading teams, and growing client business.
• Inspirational leadership and mentorship capabilities.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
• A relentless passion for creativity, craft, and cultural relevance.

• 5 weeks of vacation + 1 day off each month + 3 sick days = up to 40 days off per year
