We process 100,000–200,000 I/O operations per second — and growing. To support this scale, we're looking for a Backend Engineer to help evolve our platform.

You'll join a collaborative, friendly team focused on building a reliable, scalable, observable, and maintainable system. We value creativity, discipline, and a good sense of humor.

What You'll Do Here
  • Maintain and extend our platform with new features.
  • Monitor system performance and logs, address issues, and build tools for observability.
  • Write clean, well-tested code.
  • Review code to uphold our quality standards.
  • Actively contribute to our Scrum process.
  • Continuously grow your skills to advance your career and move the platform forward.
  • Optional: Contribute to frontend tasks if you're interested.
  • Collaborate with a team of supportive professionals.
  • Have fun, explore, and experiment.
What You'll Bring To Us
  • 3+ years of experience with
  • Solid understanding of clean code and testing principles.
  • Familiarity with database systems.
  • Experience using Git and modern development workflows.
  • Bonus: experience with distributed systems or high-throughput environments.
