Summary

The ERPM Team at Novartis is looking for an analyst to help with global risk assessments of suppliers and other external parties.

LI-Hybrid

Location: Prague, CZ

About the Role

Main Responsibilities:

  • ⁠Lead a team of Risk Analysts on their daily activities. Provide clear direction and vision for the team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and strategy
  • Provide solutions to complex challenges and facilitate discussions to strategize with team members and senior management.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across various risk areas
  • Conduct business engagement meetings and provide support to your internal stakeholders
  • Work with internal stakeholders and IT support teams to raise and resolve identified issues
  • Prepare various EPRM reports for global and organizational needs
  • Have a good understanding of the system and risk management

Minimum Requirements:

  • University Degree is required
  • Customer service orientation, professional demeanor, reliability, and good communication skills
  • Knowledge of SAP/SNOW is a plus
  • Good computer and data manipulation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Previous Risk Management experience is a plus
