Project Manager - LMS - LinkedIn Learning Implementation

Czechia - Remote

The IT Project Manager will be responsible for driving the successful implementation & integration of LinkedIn Learning into learning ecosystem. This includes managing stakeholder expectations, coordinating with global teams (especially in headquarters), and ensuring the organization benefits from the default global integration setup.

Business-Driven Leadership

  • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives with a clear focus on business outcomes.
  • Comfortable navigating complex global landscapes and aligning project goals with organizational priorities.
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and service package negotiations (e.g., Minimum, Basic, Standard offerings from LinkedIn Learning).

Global Collaboration & Communication

  • English proficiency
  • Engage in collaboration with Group colleagues as well as global stakeholders (including HR) with strong professionalism
  • Skilled in cross-cultural communication and virtual collaboration tools.

Proactive & Open-Minded Problem Solving

  • Demonstrates curiosity and initiative in uncovering unknowns, such as:
  • Whether and how LinkedIn Learning should connect with employees' private LiL accounts.
  • Clarifying GDPR-related constraints
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving clarity through structured exploration.

Negotiation & Influence

  • Strong negotiation skills to ensure secures favorable terms and full value from the global integration setup.
  • Capable of advocating for internal needs while balancing external vendor constraints.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., CSOD, Percipio) and SSO setup processes.
  • Understanding of GDPR and data governance requirements in learning record migration.
  • Ability to coordinate adoption campaigns and training webinars, leveraging vendor offerings.
