Marketing Specialist (Czech Market)

Location: Brno / hybrid work (home & office)

Contract type: Full-time / B2B agreement

Start date: December 2025

SmartLunch (SmartJídlo) is a foodtech benefit that truly changes the everyday work experience. Our foodtech solutions help companies care for their employees by providing access to tasty and healthy meals. As part of our expansion into the Czech market, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist who will help us build brand awareness and generate leads across the Czech Republic.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Run digital marketing campaigns - Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube - to build brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Coordinate online and offline marketing activities - including content campaigns, webinars, publications (articles, case studies, blog posts).
  • Organize and support industry events - conferences, fairs, and partner meetings.
  • Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence - build community engagement and communicate with the Czech market.
  • Oversee SEO and website management - content updates, optimization, and improvements to increase visibility and conversions.
  • Track and report marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

What we expect:

  • Proven experience in running digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Strong project management skills and ability to run marketing initiatives end-to-end.
  • Good knowledge of analytics and optimization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager).
  • Understanding of SEO principles and basic CMS tools (e.g., WordPress).
  • Creativity, independence, and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Czech and English (both written and spoken).

Nice to have:

  • Experience in technology or B2B companies.
  • Understanding of the Czech market and local marketing trends.
  • Copywriting or content creation skills (social media, storytelling).
