Na tuhle pozici sháníme člověka, který má alespoň základní znalosti účetnictví, zejména v oblasti fakturace. Hlavní je pro nás ale zodpovědnost, organizovanost a schopnost rozpoznat případné nesrovnalosti. Neobejdeš se ani bez technologické zdatnosti a schopnosti učit se s novými systémy – fungujeme v kompletně digitalizovaném a paper-less prostředí s využitím moderních technologií.
Jaké budou tvé úkoly?- Budeš fakturovat média a pracovat s mediálními systémy:
- Nastavovat a administrovat fakturační údaje a zpracovávat faktury z jednotlivých platforem, jako je Meta, Google nebo TikTok.
- Účtovat faktury přijaté a kontrolovat je podle mediaplánů.
- Přefakturovávat na klienty podle naší interní metodiky a pravidel.
- Kontrolovat, že všechno sedí – od částek až po podklady.
- Čeká tě fakturace klientské práce:
- Práce se systémem Productive.
- Import do ERP a kontrola toho, že je vše v pořádku.
- Tvým úkolem bude i fakturace webhostingů.
- Budeš aktivně komunikovat s naším finančním a client success management týmem, který je spojovacím článkem mezi námi a klienty.
