As a Product Quality Optimisation & Cost Out Specialist (m/f), you will:

  • Collaborate closely with Quality Engineers and Engineering teams to identify and implement process improvement and cost reduction opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on operational efficiency and cost-out programmes.
  • Work directly with Manufacturing and Product Leadership to evaluate product enhancement and cost optimisation opportunities.
  • Coordinate engineering teams in executing continuous improvement and cost-out actions.
  • Manage engineering change processes (ECR/PCB) and track implementation progress.
  • Facilitate workshops and events to generate actionable improvement ideas.
  • Monitor and report on improvement KPIs

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
  • Solid experience in continuous improvement, cost optimisation, or Lean Six Sigma roles.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional improvement projects.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost drivers.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Experience with change management systems and improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).
