In Room Dining

What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering high-quality in-room dining and mixbar service to guests
• Supporting smooth daily operations by working closely with your team
• Ensuring team grooming, uniform standards, and readiness are consistently met
• Performing opening and closing duties, including preparation, cleaning, and securing areas
• Maintaining clean, organized storage spaces and proper inventory management (FIFO)
• Monitoring the dining environment to ensure guest safety, comfort, and satisfaction
• Assisting management in staff training, motivation, scheduling, and support
• Following safety procedures and reporting any incidents or maintenance needs
• Upholding brand service standards and helping identify areas for improvement and efficiency

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in food & beverage or hotel operations
• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team leader role is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance
• Friendly, guest-focused attitude with a hands-on work ethic
• Team player who can also take initiative and stay organized under pressure
