Supplier Complaint Expert

Job Responsibilities

• Technical and administrative processing of supplier complaints with input from procurement and the suppliers incl. the responsibility for "in time / in quality" completion (e.g. 8D report)
• Support of the supplier management activities, such as supplier evaluation and expediting of the supplier improvement measures
• Maintenance of quality and supplier related data in SAP and other procurement systems
  Change management, training activities and consultation for quality related topics

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor degree in engineering, business administration, natural/environmental science or a comparable qualification
• 2 years work experience in quality/complaint management, preferably, with focus on supplier quality management / supplier quality engineering
• Experience and advanced knowledge of SAP, preferably SAP QM and SAP MM
• Knowledge of normative requirements (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 16949, IATF)
• Accuracy and ability to summarize complex technical issues in simple words
• Fluent in written and spoken English and, preferably, German
  Team player with very emphatic communication skills, persuasiveness and assertiveness
