Internal Lawyer

Responsibilities

We are looking for someone with solid experience in contract law, due diligence, and investment analysis. This can be your responsibilities, but we are flexible and we can adjust JD up to your skills and preferences.

• Contract Review & Documentation: oversee and prepare contractual documentation, working closely with finance and acquisition partners.
• Investment Assessments: conduct thorough analysis of financing offers, completing assessments for the investment committee.
• Corporate Governance: handle the corporate agenda, including board meeting minutes, shareholder records, and related internal documentation.

Who we are looking for?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal practice, particularly in due diligence, contractual law, competition law, and corporate governance.
• Strong English proficiency for both internal and legal communications.
• nice to have - knowledge or experience in competition law.
• Communicative person and team player who can easily integrate into our dynamic environment.
• A professional demeanor with a casual, approachable side - someone who values collaboration and isn't overly formal.
