We are seeking an AP Accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be involved in managing the AP process for multiple entities. We try to use innovative tools as OCR/AI to strive for automation within the AP posting. If you are passionate about innovative and international environment and AP Accounting, we'd love to meet you

On a daily basis you would:

• Manage Accounts Payable of multiple entities in automatic processing tool.
  
• Oversee OCR interface (completeness of incoming invoices inbox upload, learning of the AI tool).
  
• Processing of accounting documents (Invoices/ Credit notes/ Other) in SAP/ VIM module.
  
• Manage exceptions, post non-PO invoices and match PO invoices with service/goods receipts.
  
• Ensure adherence to company policies including intercompany transactions and tax rules.
  
• Manage GRIR accounts.
  
• Respond to vendor/internal stakeholder inquiries and resolve billing or payment discrepancies promptly.
  
• Collaborate on IT projects to further enhance AP posting automation.
  
• Cooperate with and support other finance/accounting teams.
  

We require:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting is desirable, not essential.
  
• 2 years' experience in Accounting (particularly AP).
  
• Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
  
• Business Use of English and Czech
  
• Spanish is advantage.
  
• Detail-oriented and a team player.
  
• Willingness to learn new things and develop together with the company.
