ServiceNow Lead

Do you want to play a key role in shaping our ServiceNow practice and take our solutions to the next level?

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Lead who will combine strong technical expertise with a natural ability to mentor others and represent our company externally.

• Act as the go-to authority for ServiceNow across projects, teams, and clients.
• Provide expert consulting and guidance to colleagues and customers.
• Track the latest trends and innovations in ServiceNow and bring them into practice.
• Your role will directly influence how our clients transform their IT and business processes.
• You will have the opportunity to build not only solutions, but also the vision of our ServiceNow practice.
• Mentor and support consultants and architects in their professional growth.
• Build a knowledge base, methodologies, and best practices for the team.
• Lead the ServiceNow Czech MeetUp community – organizing meetups, workshops, and networking events.
• Represent the company at ServiceNow conferences and professional forums.
• Define and maintain quality standards for ServiceNow solutions.

• At least 8 years of experience with ServiceNow (implementations, module development, architecture).
• Knowledge of key modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps.
• Hands-on experience with solution design and strategic consulting.
• Awareness of ServiceNow trends and roadmap.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CTA) are an advantage.
• Strong mentoring and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (both internal & external).
• Strategic mindset combined with openness to innovation.
• Very good English and Czech (min. B2/C1).
