About the Role:

We are looking for an AI Programs & Delivery Lead, who will be responsible for the seamless, high-quality execution of AI programmatic experiences across J&J R&D, ensuring programs are delivered with scale, consistency, and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and execution of all AI learning experiences – including workshops, onboarding, executive sessions, and hands-on training events.

  • Liaise with key partners across L&D, IT, Legal, and Comms, as well as with external vendors, to ensure smooth execution and platform readiness.

  • Own and maintain the execution roadmap, including quarterly training calendars, launch schedules, and event timelines.

  • Oversee logistics from end to end: registration flows, scheduling, materials, live support, and follow-up.

  • Track and report operational KPIs and adoption metrics,  including attendance, satisfaction, completion rates, post-session engagement, and early indicators of behavior change.

  • Identify and address execution challenges proactively - using feedback and data to continuously optimize both the learner experience and operational delivery.

    Qualifications:

  • A minimum education level or a Master's degree or MBA is preferred

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences is required.

  • Proven experience in program management, training operations, or large-scale capability-building is highly preferred.

  • Strong presentation skills, particularly to senior-level stakeholders is required.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and engage with cross-functional teams is required.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage complex logistics across global teams.

  • Digital savviness in sharing information and leveraging digital tools for communication is required.
