Job Description Summary

Jsme mezinárodní společnost zabývající se poradenstvím v oblasti komerčních nemovitostí a jejich správou. Patříme mezi specialisty na trhu real estate a soustředíme se na široké spektrum projektů v České republice, ať už jde o velké skladové haly, výrobní prostory, malé komerční jednotky nebo showroomy.

Job Description

Náplň práce:

  • Aktivní budování vztahů se stávajícími klienty a akvizice nových spoluprací

  • Dojednávání nových a prodlužování stávajících nájemních smluv

  • Zodpovědnost za pronájem nájemních ploch v rámci existujících i připravovaných developerských projektů

  • Poskytování konzultačních služeb klientům pro využití průmyslových projektů

  • Podílení se na marketingové strategii projektů

  • Monitoring trhu

  • Spolupráce s dalšími odděleními v rámci společnosti (Retail, Office, Valuation)
     

Požadujeme:

  • VŠ/SŠ vzdělání

  • Pokročilou znalost angličtiny

  • Obchodního ducha

  • Dobré komunikační a vyjednávací schopnosti

  • Aktivní a motivovaný přístup k práci

  • Ochotu učit se novým věcem

  • Řidičský průkaz sk. B (aktivní řidič)
